Our Academic Guardianship Package combines three essential areas of support — Legal, Comprehensive and Academic — to ensure students are fully supported in the UK, covering compliance, daily care, and academic development.

Legal Support

• Act as the student’s official emergency contact with the school

• Immediate support in emergencies (e.g. illness, behavioural issues, school meetings)

• Handle all incoming and outgoing school emails in English

• Answer school phone calls and respond to school requests

• Complete all official school forms in English

• Sign documents on behalf of parents (e.g. leave requests, vaccinations)

• Complete all school holiday travel forms

• Attend online parent meetings

• Translate parent meeting reports into Chinese

• Send end-of-term academic reports to parents (with Chinese translation)

• One-to-one WeChat group for parents

• Unlimited one-to-one communication service in Chinese

• 24/7 emergency contact

Study Life Support

• Pre-departure advice and guidance (including packing checklist)

• Accompany new students for school registration and settling into dormitory (transportation not included)

• Regular school visits

• Accompany students for HPV vaccination appointments (can book private clinics if required)

• Shopping and postage service for daily or special items (e.g. clothes for school events or parties)

• Assistance with school uniform purchase, exchange or return

• SIM card top-up service

• Support with opening a UK bank account

• Purchase of school-required laptops (according to specifications)

• Preparation and postage of Christmas cards and gifts for teachers

• Arrangement of holiday homestay in the UK (accommodation and transport fees not included)

• 6 in-person services per year (e.g. registration, school visits, airport transfers, parents’ meetings, excursions). Additional visits charged at £60 per visit

• Birthday and festival visits (with small gifts or cake)

• Emotional support and companionship (unlimited WeChat and phone support, in-person meetings when needed)

• Psychological wellbeing support

• NHS medical registration support

• Eye examination service

• Prescription glasses service

• Dental check-up service

• Assistance for parents with holiday transfers, visa applications, and accommodation planning

Academic Support

• Regular communication by the Academic Director with subject teachers to monitor students’ academic progress

• Analysis of exam reports after each assessment, with a written study plan provided

• Guidance on GCSE / A-Level subject selection

• Recommended reading lists based on future academic direction

• Tailored tutoring plans designed for weaker subjects

• Access to past exam paper resources during the three school holidays

• Tutor marking of holiday assignments with a written feedback report

• Three one-to-one tutorials on past exam papers (1 hour each)

This package includes 6 free in-person support visits. Any additional visits beyond 6 will be charged at £60 per visit.

All transportation costs incurred for services included in the packages are not covered and will be charged based on the actual mileage. The fees will be deducted from the student deposit. For specific charges, please refer to Additional Fees & Notes.
